Product Warranty


If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, please contact FSHardware on 03-87278880 or by email to [email protected] We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.

If your purchase is outside the 7 days period, you are still covered by the manufacturers warranty, the procedures for each of the main manufacturers is detailed below.

Duration of warranties are varies from 1 month up to 24 months from date of purchase depending on the products and manufacturer which will be stated on the product page.


The Warranty will not cover or shall be null & void in any of the followings events even during the warranty period:

1. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear (carbon brush/holder/cap, switch, gear, grinding/cutting wheels, bits, saw blades, etc...)

2. Damage resulting from use of improper accessories, non genuine replacement parts, dissassembly, tampering, alteration and repairing in any way that affects its performance.

3. Damage resulting from negligence, accidents, disaster, improper storage or maintenance, abuse and misuse in evident caused by overloading the tools beyond its capacity.

4. Abnormal voltage or the usage of generator, wrong usage not in accordance with the Operation Manual.

5. If the serial number on the tool, seal on the battery and charges has been defaced or removed.

6. If the receipt or invoice the display the date of purchased could not be present.


PLEASE NOTE – The warranty does not apply, where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.


Bosch Power Tools – applicable for Peninsular Malaysia.

Call 1800 880 188 and the Bosch Service Centre will arrange the best course of action to get your issue rectified. Please note, you will require to produce your FSHardware's invoice/cash sales bill as proof of purchase. The Bosch warranty applies to tools that are bought and used in Peninsular Malaysia subject to Manufacturing's defects. You can also bring it over to our showrooms for warranty or repair.

Makita Power Tools - applicabke for Peninsular Malaysia

Call 03-87278880 and we will arrange the best course of action to get your issue rectified. Please note, you will require to produce your FSHardware's invoice/cash sales bill as proof of purchase. The Makita warranty applies to tools that are bought and used in Peninsular Malaysia subject to Manufacturing's defects. You can also bring it over to our showrooms for warranty or repair.

Hyco Power Tools – 3 Months warranty

Please note, you will require to produce your FSHardware's invoice and customer's copy of Warranty card as proof of purchase. The Hyco warranty applies to tools that are bought and used in Peninsular Malaysia and subject to Hyco Warranty's Terms and Conditions.

Stanley Power Tools - Limited Warranty

Please note, you will require to produce your FSHardware's invoice and customer's copy of Warranty card as proof of purchase. The Stanley warranty applies to tools that are bought and used in Peninsular Malaysia and subject to Stanley Warranty's Terms and Conditions.


Aimer Bath Product - Limited Lifetime Warranty

Aimer BATH products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Aimer offer different lifetime limited warranty to its different product categories. Detail of warranty coverage and information of each product categories are stated in product contents.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO ACTIVATE THE PRODUCT WARRANTY VIA AIMER ONLINE REGISTRATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE TO BE ENTITLED TO THE LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY. OTHERWISE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR SERVICES WILL BE ON CHARGEABLE BASIS.

This warranty shall be rendered null & void and does not apply to the following situations:

  1. Damage of loss sustained in natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storm, etc.
  2. Damage or loss resulting from any incident, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care, cleaning, or maintenance of the Product.
  3. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of the Product in a harsh and hazardous environment, or improper removal, repair, alteration or modification of the Product
  4. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system. Defects or damages caused by the use of or interaction with third party accessories, optional products or consumables in conjunction with the Product.
  5. Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges or lightning strikes or other acts which are not fault of TW BATH or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
  6. Damage or loss resulting from normal and customary wear and tear, such as gloss reduction, scratching or fading over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric condition, including but not limited to, the use of bleach, alkali, acid cleaners, dry (powder) cleaners or any other abrasive cleaners or the use of metal or nylon scrubbers.
  7. The use of any Product in a manner inconsistent with the product installations or owner’s manual.
  8. The Product is altered, modified or repaired by unauthorized party.
  9. Warranty is considered null or invalid if the Product is installed and for the usage in commercial / public / common areas.
  10. Product defects or damages are caused by the use of third party accessories, optional products or consumable in conjunction with the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Aimer shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this Product caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). The use of high concentrate chlorine or chlorine related products can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.

This written warranty is the only warranty made by Aimer. Repair, replacement or other appropriate adjustment as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser. Aimer shall not be responsible for loss of the Product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the original purchaser, or for labour or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expenses not specifically stated above. In no event will Aimer’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product.
